I’m 31 weeks +2 with baby #3 and I’m having some pain and pressure in my pelvic region. It doesn’t feel like contractions but it really hurts. Could this be a sign of early labor?

The baby is probably settled in your pelvis and putting pressure on the nerves. If you're worry call and speak with a nurse. Also soaking in the tub helps.
