But anyone else's perineal stitches hurt really bad 2 weeks pp? Out of nowhere mine just started hurting really badly, I haven't been active much or anything and been more lazy this past week. But it hurts to sit or even walk right now. It was only a second degree tear with 3 stitches. But my 1st born was a C-section so I didn't have to go through this the first time.
