Need advice about something that happened today... so the car that I’ve been using is under my name and I pay for the insurance, and everything it needs... except my parents bought it for me.. today they kicked me out and I need the car to get around but they refuse to give it to me which is understandable I guess ... but am I in the wrong or are they in the wrong?? I understand they paid for it and I am grateful but technically since it is under my name... 🤔

If the car is in your name then they can’t keep it from you. I am sorry you got kicked out.

My brother in law and sister did the same shit to me if the car is in your name there is absolutely nothing they can do...

Tell them if they don't give it to you you'll call the cops. If the title is in your name it's legally yours, regardless of who paid for it
