Has anyone tried the primrose oil capsules and tea? If so, what was your experience with it?

Tea didn’t do a darn thing for me last pregnancy but keep me peeing lol

I did primrose oral and vaginal. Did nothing except make a mess in my undies

When I did try them I shitted half the night that's why I'm scared to take another one LOL

I'll be the odd one out and say it's the reason why I had such a smooth and easy delivery. I did the pills vaginally though, not oral

Pills vaginally 34 weeks, gradually increasing dose and the rasberry leaf tea I want to say 34-35 weeks
