It just sank in how bad last night could have gone. Kendrick could have died because there was a fucking penny on the couch. I walk around the house multiple times a day picking up anything that he could choke on (puppy chews stuff into small bits) and he finds a fricken penny.. my heart hurts thinking that he could be gone 😢😢 so thankful my husband was home.

Pennies actually can be passed easily and if not they are removed by a simple medical procedure. Most times when babies have an intestinal blockage symptoms show well before the problem proves fatal. Don't worry so much mama! Babies are living creatures they are programmed to survive!! He will be ok and you're doing a great job keeping him safe 👍

@believeinbuddha it was stuck in his wind pipe and he stopped breathing 😖 if my husband didn't give him the Heimlich it could have most possibly been fatal

@believeinbuddha it was. We took him straight to the hospital and they did xray to make sure there was nothing stuck anywhere. His poor face looks like he got beat up from all the popped blood vessels. But he's ok. I'm cleaning everything out of my house lol we can live on the floor
