I am getting the worst heart burn 😩 it’s so bad it likes makes me choke for no reason 🤣 what is causing your guys heart…

@mamabree92, that could be it 🤔 sometimes I do lay down a little after I eat.

@hunokeli, I was reading something about not laying down after you eat because that can cause it.

@mamabree92, i don’t really know what might trigger it. I usually get heartburn at night when I’m laying down. And also in the middle of the night when I get up to go to the bathroom, sometimes I’ll get woken up by the heartburn. 🙃

That baby is gonna have a crap ton of hair lol

@hunokeli, did you maybe eat anything that day. I can’t figure out if mine is triggered by food or not. I do know if I eat greasy or hot food though it’s REALLY bad. I had pizza for lunch and got heart burn like 4 hrs ago and it’s still on and off really bad.

I’ve been getting heartburn just randomly 😣 it’s not even triggered by anything really. I’ll be laying down and all of a sudden I get the worst heartburn

@mamabree92 No I just wait until the heart burn or reflux starts and I take two Tums then around 5 minutes later I don't have a problem :)

@mamabree92 Here is a list of heartburn and other meds. that is safe to take during pregnancy. Maybe something on there can help. I haven't tried anything else than tums.

@sylvia_biddle, I need to try tums. I haven’t yet, i just drink a bunch of water when it happens. I didn’t start getting it like this til my third trimester.

Omg, I get it almost everyday too. I thought it was something triggering it. That’s why i was asking. I don’t eat greasy everyday so I know it’s not that. Same! It doesn't matter what I eat I get acid reflux and heart burn every day.
