@shayla.galloway, I thought so too but he has little spots on his hands and butt now so I'm pretty sure it is hand foot and mouth 😨🤦🏻‍♀️

Hmm. Definitely check his gums and tongue. If he has spots take him back in because it could be hand & foot.

It's probably a rash from moisture. My son gets them too. Just wipe off his face/dry the pacifier when you notice him drooling a lot
