Try adding a probiotic like grape water keifer and/or more yogurt, there is a natural bacteria in that that actually helps reduce the occurrence of yeast infections, and also helps reduce clogged ducts, while breastfeeding... also garlic, has very good healing qualities! I have a friend (never personally tried it) who swears raw garlic is the best for healing infections... she literally threads a large peeled clove of garlic like a tampon, inserts it over night, and says the next morning she takes it out and it’s almost completely healed! Just some more natural ideas for you!
