So to anyone that got vaginal stitches due to tearing, any advice for when I have to cough. I have a cold and when I cough it feels like I’m going to tear, this really scares me and it’s very possible? Any tips? Is it possible to tear from too much coughing?
So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
Why have I not had any contractions or BH yet? Any moms go into labor without having any beforehand? I'm nervous this means induction and possible C-section..
