@mckenziesmummy, their legs can look squished but they’re fine
@ilovemyfam, he's too tall his legs get squished what else am I supposed to do? The shop keeper even installed the car seat for us
@mckenziesmummy if she's already at the height & weight to no rear face that's fine but if not best thing to do is rear face. My friend baby past away in a car accident that was not her fault only because she was facing forward. The police and firefighter told her if she was rear facing she would have survived. That is in her conscious forever
Plus his legs are way to long and get squished, up against the seat so
@taradee17, we had it installed this way' by the people who work at the shops I think we have different rules over here in the U.K.
@mckenziesmummy, would you consider putting him rear facing again? It would really be safer I can send you a whole article explaining exactly why it’s safer.
There’s a girl on mine that has a 5 month old forward facing. :(
Only one of our 7 have ever turned around before 2.... and some way later. She only turned because of her carseat. We couldn't get that stupid thing in the right position rear facing. She had to be sitting at a specific angle to breath because of how bad her cystic fibrosis was at that time.
I had a mom completely bash me at that time bc of a picture I posted of her in her car seat. She was about 15 months old and coincidentally we were headed to the hospital for her to be placed in an oxygen tent.
I hate people. Lol
My boyfriends stepbrothers girl friend did the exact same thing an she has the nerve to call me a bad mom she posted “look at my baby in his big boy seat at only 7months old!” Like you trying to make your baby more grown than they are is gunna get them killed. Smh feeding her son chicken an ice cream and all her table scraps when he was three months old too.
That's as bad as what I saw the other day...The boy was bigger than my son (who's a big boy), and was still in the infant carrier! His legs were like six inches over the edge, and his little head was way above the top, too! And then they put it in the car facing the front! I'm not sure they even read the manual....
