Anyone else have menstrual like cramps? Especially in your lower back..? What is it?

My back hurt all the time for both my pregnancies, and I did have back labor both times. I still went thru both births unmedicated, tho. People alwaya talk about how horrible back labor is, but there are things you can do to relieve the pain. Try to do as much walking as you can. That made a huge difference in my back pain for my second pregnancy.
