@newadventure, yes! That’s when I learned what time I needed to put him to bed and how many naps he needed a day in order for him to sleep good. Noah takes two 2-3 hour naps and goes to bed at 745-8. When he was 4 months old he took two 2 hour naps and one 30 min to 1 hour nap. If they get enough sleep during the day with their naps and go to bed early they sleep better. If they get overly tired it can be hard for them to go to sleep and they fight it.

Every month for mine atleast 3-4 days tops
