@raf2590 its not legal for Arizona either and my friend just had her baby there. She told them she smoked and they sent a cps worker out. She literally told me all the worker did was pop her head in and say "don't smoke around the baby!" and that was it. She never heard from cps again

@raf2590 its the law that cps has to interview you if you test for weed but that's normal they mostly tell you not to smoke around the baby my Obgyn said it was 100% fine for me to smoke

@believeinbuddha, that’s all I’ve been hearing. I’m in Alabama so I️ didn’t wanna risk I️t. I️ have heard that some doctors allow I️t in moderation but the other stories are cps get involved blah blah blah and they drug test you and the baby’s stool. Idk what to believe at this point
