i know it sucks and its hard bt ppl have far worse things going on. dont let that be a cause for co parenting. i dont co parent bt i know its difficult and u know men give up easily. dont let that be the cause for u being a single mom and ur unborn to go without a dad. i hope u guys figure it out soon ❤❤

@noahs.mommy we were hanging out with my friend today just chilllin outside and Im like ill be bright back guys, I gotta pee. When I came out he was holding it at his side trying to hide it. It was almost out. He asked for that shit right as I left. Im like, "Im not fucking retarded. Die and smoke your nasty ass cigarette. Then I can be single." I shouldn't have gone that far but Im so beyond annoyed right now. He wasn't even trying for literal months now and he almost went two days without one (supposedly) and in the simplest window of time he darts straight for one. I should have never told him I was pregnant. Then there wouldn't be any obligations.

@addeeisme, my mom smokes and I HATE it. While I was in labor she was always going outside to smoke and the maternity ward at the hospital I was at was up many levels and you had to make twists and turns around corners and it’s like a good 10 minute walk from my room to the front door of the hospital I was so upset she continues to smoke RIGHT next to our front door too and it comes in the house 😤

@aussiekiss exactly. His sweat probably has a hint or cigarette too. Is ridiculous

@addeeisme lol damn he needs to quit then. if its that bad. my dad has a permanent smell too its on all his clothes & even when he sprays cologne it smells like cologne & smoke.

@aussiekiss you can smell it on him is the point though. It sticks to his facial hair even. I dont think that much cologne would be good for either of them lol

i smoke and i had stopped during my pregnancy for the same reasons bt im a woman and i spray down and use hand sanitizer and u can never smell it on me. idk maybe i dont smoke as much bt i work w children and smoke on my lunch and nobody knows. so maybe continue to encourage him and if it doesnt help, get cologne and hand sanitizer and some tic tacks. lol

All I'm saying is I wouldn't take it out on him and not let him hold the baby if he doesn't quit smoking.. It's hard especially if he's been addicted for awhile.

@addeeisme I am a smoker. That's why i understand how hard it is to just up and quit. And him smoking outside helps alot. The baby won't develop asthma if he isn't smoking in the house.

@addeeisme I agree I want my parents to be around their grandchild but they stink! And even the smell gets in the babys lungs. But I can't ask them to quit all I can do is make sure they don't smoke in front of him....

@tayler if you ever been a smoker you'd understand that the smell is stained on your skin and clothing. Asthma runs hard in my family too so Im really not okay with it

You have to try to understand how he feels too. He doesn't have a baby growing inside of him. It's not fair for him to quit just because you did! It's good to encourage him to quit and when the baby is here he can always wash his hands and germ ex. I know it may be frustrating for you but just try to understand how hard it is to quit for him and just be there for him.

I don't blame you. I ate when my own parents smoke around me and both their grandchildren. I have to go inside/ leave. No respect. At least they do it outside when I visit but I can still smell!
