My boys never had anything on their penises jusr had to put loads of Vaseline and gauze on it

aidenabby9630 Alcohol is good to avoid infections. Water has bacteria and if not dried fully it can cause
thatmomlyfe16 I used alcohol on my son's until it looked normal and like said before it will dry
