I'm feeling dizzy and really weird like really weak and light headed and l have to take a strong breath in to breath…

I drank a full cup of water today improvement !!!

@lifewithlynniejade88 me too and someone told me that if you don't drink water the baby might get diabities omg what is totally needed

Yeah, I think my problem is water too. Lol I'm gonna start drinking more today, I am miserable.

@goodjourney I called the ER the lady told me I sound normal and it's part of everything and my seven year old was eating at the time which is a miracle she never eats so I just laid down and then went to drink some more water it helped it was water I haven't had water for a week I had soda and juice and milk you where right about the water

I had the same problem and it happens every so often. I keep snacks with me at all times.

Ive been light headed, dizzy, weak, tired & just plain exhausted the past few days. I'm just hoping it passes.

Lite headedness sound like blood pressure dropping. Which can be due to dehydration. But i agree if you cant breath. Go to a doc
