Drink a lot of water and try to lsy down for a little while is ur belly tightening at all

@toshagager1988, water is all I’ve been drinking. I drunk like 3 bottles last night in no time and it still hurt I couldn’t sleep. I never drink pop it’s milk or water.

It's possible it could be real or just BH that's why I said to drink lots of water and relax see if it helps or not are u feeling tightening

@toshagager1988, I’m 36 weeks and that’s why I think it’s real because all I ever drink is water and that’s what I drunk last night and it didn’t ease up any.

Would you describe it as severe period cramps?

Maybe call ur doc and see if u should go in to be monitored if it's been going on since last night

@toshagager1988, last night it was pretty constant and today it’s just here and there but it’s getting to be constant again.

I would still call or go in cause if it is real then they need to stop it or make sure baby is ready

And Thursday is still days away
