I’ve been looking into a convertible car seat.. There is one I’m interested in but my problem is I have a 95 Saturn Sl2. My backseat in generally small. Any recommendations on a seat or any tips. (I can’t really buy a new car either)

We switched him to a convertible seat at 4m. I swear, I think my Saturn sl2 has more room in the back than our crossover!
Best bet would be to call a baby store and ask if you can test fit seats in your car. That way you can find the best fit. We have the Graco 4ever and it takes up a lot of room, and the Graco Contender which also it pretty big. I can't remember how they fit in the Saturn, but I think it wasn't too bad of a fit.
I don’t know the brand but my sis in law has it and it’s a pretty small car seat, like this. It has micky mouse on it and she got it at wal mart I think. Let me see if I can find it for you. She has a small car too, and it fit back there.
@kkmamax3, haha yeah his infant seat is in the middle is there anything similar that might be a little smaller.. I was looking at a couple different ones
@momma81417, oh gotcha! (I was just curious, I didn’t switch my girls till they were 10 months.) I have a smiliar car seat and I think it would fit in your car in the middle. But nothing else can really go back there. (I asked my husband) 😂

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Hm. I doubt they'd let you. But you can always ask!
I read somewhere that you can wedge a tightly wrapped towel under the seat to tilt the angle to make it fit better, if your backseat is narrower. Some manufacturers even sell their own special pieces. Carseats are the worst, though. Depending on the angle of your seat some won't even sit right, which I guess is why some sell that piece. And buying and returning would be super frustrating.
My friend had the Diono Radian and loved it. It's a very slim profile and is supposed to fit well.
