Going on day 4 of no AF & still negative pregnancy tests, even first morning urine. I'm not sure what's going on because my period is always exact, to the date. I have never been late unless I was pregnant. Is there a possibility that I could still be pregnant? Or is my period late being of stressing about wanting to be pregnant?

Hm. I was stressed because my sister was having her baby then and it was a tense situation. And then my fiance looked up that certain cold meds can mess with your cycle (Which is weird but whatever.)
You can always call your doctor and ask if they know a blood test. Some women don't show on the pee sticks for a while

@nomli, the only thing I don't understand is that I'm not really stressed about it too much, I mean I want another, but if I'm not right not I'll be fine. The part that is bugging is am I? Or am I not? lol I'm not taking any medication, I actually stopped my lexapro for anxiety about a month 1/2 ago because we wanted to try to another & you can't take that while pregnant.

Maybe. I was late two weeks back in January due to stress and possibly the medication I had been taking as well.
Ok mommies crazy queation. My period is now 12 days late. Last time it was late was because I started my pill late so it threw me off track. This time I'm not even on the pill because it makes me sick. Has anyone else had a late period without being pregnant? Or am I pregnant?
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
Well I haven't had my period still um almost 3 months late. and if I'm not pregnant then today is my ovulation day. Can you still have it without having a period?
Officially one day late... I've just realized that I'm one day late for my period. I've been so busy with my son going to kindergarten and preparing him for t-ball, and getting my daughters speech therapy and preschool in order that I forgot my period was due this week.
Right now I am on my vacation mode. I will go see doctor when I get back home from my vacation so. I haven't get my period lately..
