What other options are there besides an epidural? My back is jacked already and I’ve heard a lot of people have problems…

Ask for the local first. I got Stadol before my epidural and it worked really well, just not well enough for me. Lol

@ninaberrygood15, I do to lol but a lot of ppl are like gas so I have to tell them the name so they look it up and be like ohh okay

@tiannaramirez1, my hospital offers that to. I call it the gas lol

Mmmm idk about your hospital but at mine they have the option of nitrous oxide and iam doing that it's like a mask to help you with the pains you can keep it on when you want and take it off

I go to therapy because of the epidural. The pain in my back just got better after getting it twice with my oldest two children. That’s been 13 years. My youngest is 3 and I went natural and will never do an epidural again!! My hospital has of course iv drugs and now the gas. I’m going to try not to do anything but those are my options.

I was freaked out about the epidural did four natural births - last one has to get one and honestly hasn’t been a problem so far of course I couldn’t tell you long term. I have heard of iv pain meds.

I haven’t got problems we’ll my back hurts a lil bet when I bent down but nothing I can’t handle lol
