Ughhh been having contractions about every 30 min since 2am... my dr said not to come in till theyre 5 min apart. How long does this part last!!!! Im so uncomfortable... HELP MEEEE!!! any other mamas go through something similar?

M@twinmama8615 i haven't but walking around always helped me get things moving more... With my last i was on the yoga ball trying to get my son to drop
Kinda hard to time these but they arnt that painful but about 7 mins apart
Contractions just went too 5 mins apart for 30 mins and than spreads back out to about 10 mins 😩
I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I’m cramping soooo bad right now, only a min or 2 at a time but they’re coming every 5 min or so is that normal?
Contractions 10 mins apart and they last 1 min and 30 secs Doctors won’t let me go in unless they are 5 mins or less.
Baby is here ! 🥰🥰 a total of 2 hour labor and 3 min push !!
Try taking a warm bath or shower.
