Infant acne has me stressed. Mom's making me stress even more as she over reacts and swears up and down that its an allergy my cats and that I'm not talking care of the allergy DD has to them. Before being discharged from the hospital, I asked my nurse about that specifically, and she informed me that infants can not have allergies. Still, the acne is unappealing and the whole situation is stressful. It doesn't seem to bother her and from what I've read there's nothing much I can do about her acne except wait and feel ashamed.

There is nothing to feel ashamed about. All babies get it. It goes away on its own. Gently wiping the babies face with a warm cloth can help keep it down.

Keep your baby down to a diaper that helps the acne go away faster

Look how bad my daughter's baby acne got. It stayed like this for weeks until I just kept her in a diaper 24/7 for a coupe weeks. Then it started to go away

Baby acne is completely normal. But infants can in fact have allergies. My nephew at 4 months old was found to be allergic to the dog that has been in the family for ever and they just keep them separated so he doesn't break out

What would you do? - baby shower

What would you do? - baby shower SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever, I don't need her, I didn't have this baby for her to raise. I'm married, living on my own and paying all my own expenses.
