Yes, nasty doesn't help/work makes it worse

I've tried it and it's absolutely gross lol. Like it taste like italian seasoning in a glass of water. I even mixed it with honey and it was still nasty. I didn't notice a change in increasing my milk

After using it it seems like I completely dried up within a few days. Just my experience

Just continue putting your baby to breasts as much as possible. Massaging your breasts while you feed will help loosen your milk ducts. Only thing that worked for me
