I personally haven’t because both my kids were a surprise lol BUT I know a ton of people who have had issues and felt very defeated. From what they have told me, the best thing to do is just relax and have fun with it because something about thinking about it and stressing about whether or not you are I think does something to the body. ❤️ I hope you get your BFP soon!
