I had my c section the 21st is it normal for the staples to be really tender at this point. I'm not red or anything.. There's no sign of an infection the whole areas just more sore than normal

Absolutely. It's only been 5 days. You'll have a lot of random sensations, especially after the nerves start regenerating. I had mine almost 2 years ago and still get weird feelings there.
