My 2 year old has had a temp of 100.5 since 4 pm yesterday. He is also complaining of pain in the penis and groin. I may take him to the er later when he wakes up. Should I?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
It was not a uti! They said it's probably just an erection. The fever is viral
