Breastfeeding moms did u start using formula when y’all started back working?

I started pumping a week or so before I went back to work so I had a stash stocked up for while I was at work. Breast milk is good for 3 months in the freezer and 6 months in a deep freeze. And 24 hours in a refrigerator
