HELP!!!!!
I've got extremely severe heartburn where I can't sleep at all and really don't know what the hell to do! It's that bad It's making me cry!!!!
And I've just been sick a bludy lot! And eneded up having a mini panic attack

Try having a glass of milk, it's the only thing that settled my heartburn xx

Have you tried rennies or gaviscon? They helped me a bit and get loads of pillows to prop yourself up more! I had it horrendously so I know your pain! Not long to go at least! Xx

Nexium tablets are great too only thing that helped mine I had it awful too stopped me from sleeping xx

Thank you everyone! Milk always usually helps it but had none in 😒 Gaviscon and rennies makes me sick for some weird reason! I have a prescription for some tablets which I can collect tomorrow thank god! I finally got to sleep at 4am this morning and woke up about 9:30am so not too bad. Thank you for your advice and support ladies xxx
