At 13 weeks and 3 days im having cramps right above the lady part on both sides and lower ab? I have an appt in 2 days…

@naynay101 I would try to drink more water and see if it goes away. Is it a constant cramping? Or does it come and go?

@cmsolberg92, i barley drink water i do like Gatorade or vitamin water so im tryin to drink more today and it like a sharp pain but no bleeding no nothing it just is an uncomfortable cramp.

I've had that since a week before I found out I was pregnant. Could be dehydration, stretching/growing, constipation. I have had two miscarriages so I worry about every little pain. But was told as long as there is no bleeding or I'm not in severe pain, it should be okay.

I had the same pain when was 12 weeks it’s okay

@kartersmommyy, okaay good because ive had them for a day or 2 now but no bleedin or spotting at all i worry alot since this is ovbs my first pregnancy idk whats right or wrong.

@malainaheka23, feels like mild period cramps and its uncomfortable 😕

It’s just stretching. I had the same thing & still do every once in a while. Long as you aren’t bleeding it’s normal

Are they intense?
