I started my son at 5 months and my two older daughters at 6 months. I read that you can start to introduce solids as early as 4 months but I think that's way too early even for a teaspoon of food a day. I'm going to wait a while longer before I start giving my 4 month old solids even though I see so many people on this app saying their pediatrician said it was ok to start at 4 months.

6 months+ I started solids at 6.5 months when Anthony started showing signs of readiness with BLW.
