Been having hot flashes and night sweats since I gave birth!! It's getting annoying!! Anything to help with this?

That happened to me too. I would get super hot and dizzy. It stopped after a few months

Yeah, I Kno the feeling all too well. I always wake up freezing, covered in sweat. It's so miserable

@lifewithlynniejade88, I know I have a ceiling fan running and a big fan on the side in my face then after a sweat I freeze to death from sweating

Thank u so much! This pregnancy is taking a toll on me since I'm still nursing but I'm gonna try to wean lynnie soon. The night sweats are the worst!

@saraguinn23, no it takes like 6 months to a year I have had 5 kids lol and my baby will be two months the 11th

@lydia09876 my baby will be 2 months the 26th and I thought for sure these hot flashes and night sweats would be stopping soon but it seems they are getting worse lol every night I have to wake up and change my clothes from sweating so much. Hope it stops soon!

@lifewithlynniejade88 yeah my hormones are all out of whack since giving birth! Just now noticed your going to have other baby congrats!! ☺️🤗
