If it's really "all the time" be careful careful. That's not always a bad sign, but I know from experience, it can be a bad sign.

It’s normal to an extent. It can be an addiction.

Most men have underlying porn/masturbation addictions that go unnoticed. I understand why it would disgust you, but it's not too big of a deal and it's fairly common, even for women. If it bothers you too much you could try talking to him about it though. Or he may just have a really high sex drive. Before I had my son, my fiance would masturbate every morning at the very least and he would do it in the shower too, and again at night, and still want sex the same day. I don't know how he does it, I feel kinda bad that my sex drive is not anywhere near that high, even before pregnancy. I'd be fine with like once a week. Lol

I really see porn as a gateway to things that are way worse. I've seen it start with porn and escalate to strip clubs and then affairs. It weakens a relationship, distorts reality, and desensitizes people to right and wrong. I'd do counseling with him. It doesn't bring anything good to your life.
