Yes moving around does help though . & straighten yourself up when moving around

YES! For days!!!! Try to take your painkillers on time. Cause I wouldn’t take mine and then suffered the consequences.

Using the belly binder or wrap helped so much with the pain when walking around/ standing up . I highly recommend using one . I didn’t want to pay for one and I tried one in the hospital and it was a GAME CHANGER

The first few days were bad. To get to the NICU, I needed a wheelchair. Take painkillers and on time. I was bad about that because my daughter was on a different floor; I wanted to be with her all the time

Yes the spinal leaves your system totally. Use the belly binder. Take the pain pills they offer!! The more you move the better. My nurses were fussing at me cause of how much i moved
