The more you take the pain meds the less they'll mess you up btw

Yes the spinal leaves your system totally. Use the belly binder. Take the pain pills they offer!! The more you move the better. My nurses were fussing at me cause of how much i moved

The first few days were bad. To get to the NICU, I needed a wheelchair. Take painkillers and on time. I was bad about that because my daughter was on a different floor; I wanted to be with her all the time

Using the belly binder or wrap helped so much with the pain when walking around/ standing up . I highly recommend using one . I didn’t want to pay for one and I tried one in the hospital and it was a GAME CHANGER

@t143 I think that's my problem I ignored my meds so I was more capable of spending time with the baby

YES! For days!!!! Try to take your painkillers on time. Cause I wouldn’t take mine and then suffered the consequences.
