I just called the doctor

Hopefully we will findout with it is :( makes me so sad

My son's face kinda looked like that, just not as bad. They said it was baby acne at first, but turned out it was eczema. They switched his formula to a hypoallergenic formula and it cleared up! I also put Aveeno eczema lotion of his face 3-4 times a day and shea moisture on his body.

At nurse looked at it a few days ago and said it was baby acne, but it wasn’t that bad then

No it just got bad today

Have you taken her to the doctor ? It looks more like eczema than baby acne

Don’t use any lotion or creams on her try scent free shampoo as well! But it’s pretty normal my daughter has it too!
