@annabellasmom, my son honestly has those same teeth coming in right now plus his top molars too! I can’t tell from this pic if hers are coming in but I just give him Motrin if he’s acting like he’s in a lot of pain and I make sure he’s got good toys to chew on around him! He nurses so he also wants a lot of that lol
