Honestly not sure about the diaper rash, my son hasn't had one yet. I would ask his ped about the rash.. But have you tried giving him pedialyte/ water mixed with some tea/ rice cereal for the diaherra ? Maybe even some toast if he is eating solid foods..( My son was a preemie so he hasn't really had any solid table food yet )And sucking his nose? When noah is stuffed up i have put a little baby vicks on the bottom of each foot and put socks on him and that had always help other than sucking his nose. Or you could try putting a little bit on his chest.

My dr told me not to use vicks and nun comes out of his nose

@braybear2206 oh okay, do you have a vaporizer or humidifier? That would be a huge help to relieve his stuffy nose and you could also try the saline drops to help him.

When did your pediatrician recommend to take him back in?

Have you tried steam showers for the stuffy nose? If you have a scentsy you can put Vick’s in it. Vaseline works great as a barrier from moisture. If he has blisters already try using a&d and keep his diapers dry. A bath every few hours may help.

Teething give him Tylenol and line his gums with orajel. For the diaper rash use corn starch powder it dries it up super fast
