Okay so my 3 year old daughter has a different father then her unborn brother BUT he has been the one taking care of her since sh was 1 1/2. She calls him daddy and her own father hasn’t seen her in 10 months! Hasn’t paid child support until a few weeks ago he decided to take US to court to get her every Sunday. Judge ordered him to pay child support and then told him he can claim her on his taxes every other year. Like what the hell? He’s only going to have her 4 times a month! How can he even claim her??? Has anyone else gone through this? I need to motion to go back to court.

Her stepfather is torn and mad about this situation because he was planning to adopt her because her father agreed last year he wanted nothing to do with her ☹️

Yes an he has been on child support since my son was 6mths old...an my hubby has been in my sons life since he was born ...

@guzmanjazzy0, isn’t it? Like how could he even claim her he doesn’t even pay for HALF of her expensive. He pays 400$ a month and her child care alone is 300$
