@ashleyh1685, not trying to bash you in any means. You didn’t post saying your having medical problems or anything like that. I think everyone is just trying to voice that you need to wait as long as possible. If you are having medical problem that start posing a treat to your son then I can see your doctor recommending you be induced or having a csection early! Like I said I’m not trying to bash, I do understand for medical reasons around 37 weeks to try and induce your labor.

If you don't want people bashing you about the decision you're going to make anyways, then don't post it or even ask in the first place.♀‍🤷 We all have to be careful about what we say on here unfortunately. I mean it’s your body your choice as long as your doctor is ok with it then ok but don’t try to do it on your own. If your doctor knows your family history and wants the baby out early then that’s what they’ll do but don’t try to make the baby come early by yourself. There’s not really much you can do to induce labor that’ll actually work anyways, just help the process

Lol its an up roar all the time on the feed due to this same repeated post, surprised u haven't noticed. Only you know your body and ALL docs say different stuff, don't worry about what people have to say about your decisions, people have reasons they don't feel to explain. I just tell them judge away people.. or if u don't want open opinions don't post it, gotta be careful what u post.. I got shitted on by some because of a carseat insert lol while others shared they're experience of why they had problems with it .. I prefer the shared experience comments personally 😉

Okay one that is not what the doctors and mid wifes have told me two it's not just because of Christmas there is alot of health issues going on with me and I don't need it hurting him and three my child will not go passed 38-39 weeks do to family history I will not allow it and if I would have know that me asking about natural ways to speed up my labor was going to cause a up roar I wouldn't have this is why I stop using the app

Preterm is anytime before 37 weeks

Early term: 37 weeks to 38 weeks and 6 days

Full term: 39 weeks to 40 weeks and 6 days

Late term: 41 weeks to 41 weeks and 6 days

Please just let your baby come on it’s own. Rushing it just because you want your baby before Christmas is not good for your baby by any means! Your baby knows when they want to come out weather that’s when your full term or late term. The last few weeks of pregnancy is when baby puts on most of her weight.

40 weeks is when u want to have it. I would never wish my baby any earlier than 39 weeks! The baby's brain grows so much those last few weeks!

Well I'm going to wait for my 36 week marker because 36-37 weeks is full term so I mean if I can have my kid before Christmas I would be overly happy
