Only helped me for like few seconds n then wasn't helpful because the contractions were too strong but goodluck glad your ok

It didn't help me I had to go cause mine were to close lol

But heating pad n bath should help

Yes My contractions were 2-3min apart when I went in first time was so close n strong worst pain ever . But they told me I was dehydrated to stay drinking water .

@thomasraven18 just did that tbey sent me home said hot bath heating pad rest come in when they are 5 to 7 mins apart

Yes warm bath helps or hot towel or hurting that bad go to hospital
