Change her on the floor and do a yoga pose. Use your feet to hold down the arms.

Give her something or change her on the bed or floor. Or like in public bathrooms I'll change mine standing up lol

I use Publix training pants! It's easy put them on when baby stand on the floor or on the table in the bathroom. Now I can fo it when she's on my arms without any tables )))
