I️ never lost my mucus plug but my water was leaking and I️ had contractions but I️ was okay. Little did I know I️ was in labor. I️ would get checked!
You don't have to lose your mucus or have a bloody show necessarily. Also when I was being induced, I kept telling the nurses I didn't want the epidural yet because I could breathe through the contractions and walk around and they said some people don't ever feel like they can't breathe through their contractions.
