This postpartum is real. 3 nights in a row I’ve cried my eyes out. I’m so freaking tired.

My god yes. I'm sitting here bawling because I can't sleep. I can't wake my fiance up because he has work in 3 hours. My baby is sleeping, but my brain is too freaked out to sleep. Every single little noise wakes me up and the cramping is excruciating right now.

It's very hard with a toddler in the mix. I hope you get some rest soon. I know exactly how you feel momma

I had a few melt downs in the first month my little one was born. I maybe slept a total of three hours a day. Not consecutively either. Lol maybe in 30 minute stretches. It helps if you have someone come stay the night and watch the baby while you sleep for a while. My gramma does that for me. When she's here I get 12 hours straight of sleep if I want it. I fall asleep at 6pm and I'm out till 6am. I wouldn't be sane if I didn't have her these last 4 months
