@alinares81 my husband became national guard after 6 yrs of active duty...... but I don't miss the drama lol

@jasthorpe413 @alinares81 my husband did active for 5 years and now he's reserve. Once he finishes his contract next year he's changing his MOS and going active again for another 8. It's fun and exciting and I love being a Marine wife!

@kaytibug2009, my husband was infantry so he’d definitely have to change his MOS if he attempts to get back in, but he’s at 80% disability right now and we won’t be compensated as much as we are now. Once he goes back in and forfeits his disability pay, later on he can’t medically retired again.

Why are you posting a happy birthday to the Marines in September?? 🤔 The birthday ball is held in November. Is this just a throwback to last year’s ball?
