Anybody ever have a super faint positive on a pregnancy test and ended up not actually being pregnant?

I've had real thin positives then i was prego

Well I'm resisting the urge to buy more and test now cause that's dumb but I'm at my mother in laws right now cause a tree fell on our house today and the powers out 😑 so no testing in the morning either... I'll just have to wait it out till I get this other stuff taken care of 😣 literally nobody knows... but you guys

This was my clear blue test at only 3 weeks. Try that brand.

@sharkbait Definitely wait just a couple days or even take one every morning to see if it gets darker, definitely buy a different brand!

@tayler this was this morning and in real life I could tell it was tinted pink the picture just doesn't show it well. I will try again in a couple days. @jskidsmom Oh Really?! I thought it would take longer for the digital to show up. You think I could go out and take one right now?! Lol I'm impatient and won't be able to do it in the morning so it would have to wait another day. Ugh I should probably just wait..

It's not pink or even slightly pink but the line is there so I would say positive. Try testing in the morning time in about 3 days or so. It should be darker then!

With this brand for me the line didnt show up for a whole damn week and by then i already had taken a digital days before that confirmed pregnancy.

Looks positive. My lines were grey lines and i ended up being pregnant.

Yeah I seriously hate those tests. Got my hopes up so many times. Even the Wal-Mart tests are slightly better

It looks thin though. I've had several false positives with these tests and refuse to even try them anymore, so I'm no help. Wait a few days and test with a digital.

This pic was taken like 4 or 5 minutes after I peed so it should in no way be dry / not an evaporation line I wouldn't think. This was definitely within the time window. No I'm not at home right now

Pink tests throw back pink evaps. The Wal-Mart ones can throw back a purplish one.

@eaj8290 if it was an evaporation line would it be tinted pink or would it be like gray?

Yup. Some tests throw back evaps that look like positives
