Let her play without a diaper on, and put corn starch on it. Any sort of cream will keep the rash moist and that won't help it heal.

@jsco, that makes sense. We've been putting creams on it, and it seems to be getting worse, not better.

@coryandanissa creams help if there's just irritation on the skin or a little redness but with a bad rash I'd just let her go without a diaper. Put a towel down and let her play for as long as you can without it

My son always had diaper rash when his grandmother would give him anything with lactose and come back home with a bleeding rash, I put corn starch and it helps a lot it dries it out really quick
