Any suggestions on tips or positions for breastfeeding?

Idk if they showed you the football hold, but that's the only position my son will latch sometimes. I also thought I wasn't producing enough colostrum because he acts hungry so often, so I decided to pump for the same amount of time he is latched for to see how much I'm producing and I had like half an ounce from one side alone. I'm still new at this though so I may have no idea what I'm talking about 🙃

They did show me that position.

I’m pumping but nothing, maybe like a couple drops :( I’ve been having to formula feed to get her to settle down

With my first baby I didn’t get my milk till almost a week after I had her. Just keep trying and drink lots of water.

A very small amount of colostrum goes a long way, nursing frequently in the beginning is very normal and they’re not always nursing for hunger. Just keep putting baby to breast, football hold is great for issues with latching.

There is a breastfeeding group I could ad you to as well, if you would like.
