My daughter doesn't talk much wordwise like shes always babbling but only says 6 words shes 18m.. Doc told me to get her evaluated for a speach problem. Idk i feel like shes fine she communicates its just not with words.. Anyone else have the same situation?
My doc says the same thing about my 16 month old. He only says mama Cleary and other than uses sign language to communicate

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

Theres nothing like seeing this word rather than lines !! I took this yesterday evening at 13dpo
Well my baby is getting referred for an evaluation sometime next week because shes not saying as many words as a two year old is suppose to say her pediatrician said she should be saying up to 50 words and shes not ugghh if aint one thing its another stuff like this makes me want to cry 😭
Yes and my sons problem was in his mouth. The piece that connects his tongue to the bottom of his mouth was too short and making it hard to talk. He wouldn’t say any words that put stress on that piece. Consider a dental appointment just for a check up and that part of his mouth
