Did anyone have have high blood pressure after having your baby? I had to have my baby at 37 weeks because of it. Now it's almost been a week and its still really high. I had a check up yesterday and my dr didnt really seemed concerned but I am. Its been in the 150-165/95-110 range every time I check it. I never had bad blood pressure before I was pregnant and even up to 30 weeks I was fine.

It takes a little while for your body to return to normal, I still had high BP and bad swelling after giving birth, it took a week to go away.

I have been monitoring my blood pressure but I was wondering what is "too high" for the top number and "too high" for the bottom number also what's a good heart rate average
I had my 32 week check up today. My doctor seemed to be a little concerned because today for the first time during my whole pregnancy my blood pressure was high and found some protein in my urine. I have to do a 24 hour urine collect till Friday morning and then Friday afternoon go have a ultrasound done and get my blood drawn and blood pressure check again. Had this happened to anyone else? I'm scared that it's going to lead to my son coming early.
I found out today at my appointment that I have pregnancy high blood pressure. Really scared. She said that it will go away after delivery>>>hopefully I say. I have lost 21lbs an I eat healthy and drink lots of water. She also said it's because my hormones are reacting to my body differently because of not being pregnanat for 8 years. Ugh so stressed out. I just need to rant! my blood pressure has been great my whole pregnancy my weight is doing good, but I calledy doctor and spoke to a nurse because my cramping I've been having at night and she says no I need to come in that's is really bad so I went in my blood pressure was high because I was sitting here freaking out and shaking and in the mean time cramping when I got there and I get to see the doctor and he goes ur blood pressure was high so now I'm having to do a 24 hr urine sample freaking...
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
My BP was high after delivery. I’ve never had an issue with it until my son was born. My doc told me it was postpartum, after about 6 weeks it went away and hasn’t came back.
