Any ladies deal with PPD? Struggling right now

Yes I am. I had to be put on medicine. Just keep your head up and know it is okay to ask for help

@nicholas051217, just wondering if they put the diagnosis of depression on your medical record in order to prescribe any antidepressants? I’m having postpartum blues and wanted to ask my dr. for some medicine but I’m afraid to be “labeled “ if that makes any sense 😔 it’s not severe to where I can’t function but I’m not myself

@barefootmom, I have prior diagnosis for depression but don’t be afraid to be “labeled” it’s something that happens :) and I’m the same way right now

I just started mine today so I’m having some initial side effects until my body adjusts again but I take sertraline (Zoloft) 50 mg
